Arthur C. Pillsbury photographs, 1898-1899.

The Arthur C. Pillsbury Photographs consist of fourteen images of Alaska and the route to the Klondike produced by photographers Arthur C. Pillsbury and Pillsbury & Cleveland (Arthur C. Pillsbury and V. Cleveland). Alaskan images include Le Conte Glacier, "Chilkoot Glacier" (Chilkat Glacier?), Eddystone Rock in Behm Canal, Nome, the Juneau area, and an excellent riverfront view of Russian Mission on the Yukon River. Views of the route to the Klondike include the White Pass railroad and trail and Lake Atlin. Three of the images are cyanotype panoramas.
